Reservation at BanskoVilla

Reservation guarantee:

  • The online reservation is considered successful only after prepayment of the deposit required in the amount of 40% of the entire amount of the booking.
  • In case of inaccurate details or insufficient balance, the reservation is void.
  • Please, if you don’t receive a confirmation of the booking, contact us on 0889 94 94 49.

In case of reservation’s annulment or in case of client’s failure to appear:

The hotel does not refund the deposit.

Change of reservation’s dates:

Change of reservation is claimed by the client and confirmed by BanskoVilla in writing (depending on the vacancies) on email:

Check-in and check-out:

  • Check-in is at 14:00 o’ clock and check-out not later than 12:00 o’clock.
  • In case of late arrival, past 19:00 o’ clock, please inform us.
  • In case of wish to vacate the room later, please, require confirmation or consent by the Reception.
In case of possibility for late check-out the following surcharges apply:
  • Check-out not later than 16:00 o’ clock – surcharge of 20% on the room’s cost.
  • Check-out past 16:00 o’clock (without spending the night) – surcharge of 50% of the room’s cost.

Accommodation with pets:

  • Permitted is accommodation with pets up to 8 kg.
  • Pets are allowed when provided are all the necessary registration and immunization documents.
  • Pets shall not be left unattended and shall be with collars and leashes when entering the hotel or being in the common areas.
  • All disturbances as barking or whimpering shall be timely stopped to ensure the convenience of other guests.
  • The hotel reserves its right to charge the guests for damages on the property caused by their pet.
  • Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or injuries caused by their pet to other guests of the hotel and agree to fully indemnify them.
